Our Mission:

We are a local photography business serving communities, Institutions and families throughout Arizona. Our goal is to provide a friendly and easy environment for our clients while capturing important moments in their lives. We at, Remember When….. Photography, believe everyone deserves a quality photographer, no matter their income status. We are dedicated to providing affordable packages so every senior, every athlete, every couple, performer and family can afford beautiful images to share for a lifetime.

The Remember When Family:

Remember When..... Photography is a piece of my soul and allows me to share my passion with you and your story. My name is Kari Kevwitch Hazel. I am the head photographer and partner with my husband, Kwesi Hazel. We have six beautiful children. They all grew up performing, modeling, and acting, which allowed me to fall deeper in love with photography.

I would like to introduce our new office manager and creative director, Monica Siegel. She is a fierce and dedicated mother of two beautiful children. Monica, has a nose for business and a soul exploding with creativity. If you struggle with ideas, she is always willing to share and inspire. 

I started Remember When..... Photography, not as a business, but because I love the art of photography. I was self-taught and completed my education with NYIP (New York Institute of Photography). Here, at Remember When..... Photography, we like to do things a little differently. Sure, we can pose you or your products, but we would prefer to add "life" into each of our shots. We love themes and movement! Having you walk, dance, move, and breathe, makes for a more personal picture. We want you comfortable, and smiling because you have something to smile about. We want your experience with us to be remembered as fun! When you look back at your pictures, "Remembering When..." and having a story to tell, not, "I was sitting on a stool with my head cocked to the side, holding my breath and smiling just so..".. Lol. We'd prefer when you "Remembered When"... you had a story like riding a horse, racing a motorcycle, climbing on the top of your family members backs making a pyramid when suddenly you all came crashing down and laughed all the way home. We want to catch moments in your life, things you can "Remember When.."
Please live life and remember us. Maybe have us follow you and a loved one around for an afternoon in the park, picnic, dance, or romantic date. Maybe have us follow your athlete during a game. We'll get every goal, catch, touchdown, toe tap, or expression in their play.
